Both Awareness level and Operations level training programs are available.

Incident Command System (ICS) / Hospital Incident Command System (HICS)

The ICS is part of NIMS and gives a standard hierarchy for efficient command, control, and coordination of an emergency response. HICS, the hospital version of ICS, has become a best practice for hospitals and healthcare organizations. All Clear offers ICS/HICS overview courses as well as position-specific courses to make sure your staff understand their specific roles as part of the emergency response.

National Incident Management System (NIMS)

The NIMS was created to provide responders with a common approach for managing all size of incidents. Whether the incident is local and can be managed by one agency or the response requires coordination of many jurisdictions, the NIMS framework provides a series of flexible but standardized practices that can be used by any responding agency. Our course offerings include NIMS concepts and application.

Position-Specific Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) Training

All Clear designed an innovative and interactive training series to provide position-specific training for each of the eight Command and General Staff positions. Because we used web-based technology, each agency was able to have multiple staff members participate in their own facility and share ideas with the other participants. Each module was designed to focus on the basic duties of the position, the position’s interaction with other positions, and tips and tricks for success.
