A statewide HCC contracted with All Clear to develop course materials and deliver two regional offerings of Fundamentals of the Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) training for coalition members. Course materials included an interactive final activity which placed participants into the roles of a hospital Incident Command Team responding to a Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) in a rural hospital.
