All Clear reviewed and updated the Special Pathogens Plan for a large children’s hospital. To begin, All Clear completed a comprehensive document review and gap analysis to assess the status of the current plan and related documents. To gather new information and approve a new layout, All Clear conducted two in-person workshops with the hospital’s project team. With the information gathered in these workshops, All Clear drafted a new High Consequence Infectious Disease (HCID) Plan, four operational Playbooks, and a library of Job Aids to be used by frontline staff. The project team used a series of virtual document review sessions and a series of mini-Tabletop Exercises to test the layout and process captured in the revised plan. Finally, All Clear provided the final documents to the hospital with a recorded educational webinar that provides an overview of the new documents.
