All Clear has contracted with a rural HCC as the Operational Coordinator. All Clear provided program management services, healthcare preparedness expertise, and supported regional planning, training, and exercises. All Clear managed the execution and submission of grant deliverables and worked with the Steering Committee, Readiness and Response Coordinator (RRC), and Fiscal Agent to complete required trainings, drills, and exercises in order promote healthcare emergency preparedness and response for the region.
