All Clear developed a Healthcare Coalition Radiation Surge Annex that met requirements for the state health department and the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR). All Clear implemented a plan-writing process that began with a review of current plans. A Core Planning Team met four times to provide revisions and to approve the draft plan. Additionally, representatives from a neighboring coalition were invited to collaborate on the response plan to ensure cross-coalition coordination. A final version of the Radiation Surge Annex was provided to the client.
