A state health department contracted with All Clear for five years to review and update multiple emergency plans for the department. All Clear performed a gap analysis of all plans to identify gaps and areas of improvements. With the listed gaps, All Clear designed and facilitated a workshop and conducted multiple planning meetings to revise and add missing content to the plans. Finally, All Clear revised each plan with details provided in the workshop and planning meetings. At the end of the project, All Clear provided the department with plans updated to current standards and information.
