All Clear provided planning support and developed a PHERP template for local health agencies in one regional HCC. All Clear also hosted two template development workshops to refine and approve the template. Additionally, to support the local public health agencies, All Clear conducted two annex development workshops to create an Emergency Support Function (ESF) 8 Annex template. Finally, All Clear offered a series of “office hours” to provide technical assistance to local public health as they customized the PHERP template and ESF 8 Annex for their jurisdiction.
