All Clear provided the operational coordination for a regional HCC to include program management, healthcare preparedness expertise, and support of regional planning, training, and exercises. All Clear managed the creation and submission of grant deliverables and worked with the coalition’s Steering Committee, Readiness and Response Coordinator, and Fiscal Agent to complete required training, drills, and exercises. Additionally, All Clear worked with coalition members to approve the Radiation Surge Annex, conduct a tabletop exercise, and represent the coalition at state and regional meetings.
