For the past 6 years, All Clear has provided a Readiness and Response Coordinator (RRC) for a statewide HCC. Operational readiness activities included conducting a coalition Hazard Vulnerability Analysis (HVA), revising a multi-year training and exercise plan, and leading a coalition Integrated Preparedness Plan (IPP) workgroup to integrate planning, training, and exercises for the coalition.
All Clear also served as the fiscal agent to manage grant funds, provide monthly fiscal reporting, pay invoices, and make purchases on behalf of the coalition. Additionally, All Clear maintained contracts with two Clinical Advisors that provided clinical leadership and connected the coalition with clinical leaders at healthcare facilities and EMS agencies.
The RRC also mobilized as part of the state’s response to COVID-19.
