All Clear was contracted to update the utility provider’s ERP for employees at the home office. To begin, All Clear worked with the utility provider to conduct a risk assessment and used those risks to identify gaps in current plans. The ERP was updated to provide immediate tasks staff can take in response to an event that impacts normal operations in their office. All Clear also designed a training and exercise package and provided an in-person “ERP Overview Training” to leadership and employees.
