A large head start program contracted with All Clear to create an emergency preparedness program for their facilities. To begin, All Clear facilitated a Hazard Vulnerability Analysis (HVA) to determine the organization’s highest risk events that would impact their sites. All Clear used the result of the HVA to develop a customizable Emergency Response Plan (ERP) template and an organizational ERP template. Finally, All Clear conducted a training for program staff on incident management basics and emergency plan development.
