All Clear engaged with the city manager’s office to review after action items from a real-world event to evaluate the city’s roles, responsibilities, capabilities, and capacities around their emergency preparedness and response. All Clear created and distributed a survey to obtain and prioritize improvements from city staff and held an in-person Improvement Planning Workshop to draft an IP. All Clear provided a summary report that included results of the survey, workshop, and an IP.
