A county emergency management agency contracted with All Clear to update the countywide EOP and COOP Plan for each county department. In the EOP, All Clear was tasked with reformatting the county’s EOP in a functional annex approach and developing a response plan for each of the county’s four municipalities that detail their response as a single jurisdiction as well as their role in the overall county response. Additionally, All Clear updated the COOP plan for each county department and created a new COOP Plan for two new county departments. Finally, All Clear provided a COOP exercise template designed to provide training and exercise opportunities for the county’s departments in subsequent years.
