All Clear developed a comprehensive Emergency Management Program for a multi-site healthcare organization. The program included an organization-wide risk assessment, drafting and approving a customizable Emergency Response Plan (ERP) template, an organization-wide Emergency Operations Plan (EOP), staff and provider training modules, and a training and exercise program. Finally, the project culminated in a scenario-based exercise that tested the new emergency response materials.
