All Clear developed an Incident Command System (ICS) and emergency management plans for a large manufacturer. All Clear facilitated a Hazard Vulnerability Assessment (HVA) as a foundational step and used the HVA to inform response plans and define a CMT that would manage an incident that disrupts daily manufacturing efforts. Finally, All Clear designed and conducted a tabletop exercise (TTX) to test the newly formed CMT.
