A rural HCC contracted with All Clear to design, conduct, and evaluate a radiation surge TTX to meet the requirements from the Assistant Secretary of Preparedness and Response (ASPR). The TTX objectives were specifically designed to inform the development of the newly drafted Radiation Surge Annex and to gain concurrence from local, regional, and state partners regarding the role of the coalition during a radiation incident.
