All Clear has served as the Readiness and Response Coordinator (RRC) for a statewide HCC for five years (and counting). As part of this role, All Clear provides two full-time RRCs, an Assistant RRC, administers contracts with two Medical Advisors (0.2 FTE), and ensures the HCC meets all deliverables for the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response Program. As the fiscal agent, All Clear manages all grant funds and provides monthly fiscal reporting, pays invoices, and makes purchases on behalf of the coalition.
