All Clear served as the Public Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Consultant for a city health department for three years. In this role, All Clear used existing requirements from the Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) program to perform a gap analysis on the health departments response plans, identified gaps and areas for improvement, and updated response plans. All Clear conducted a variety of workshops and planning meetings to ensure updated response plans met the needs and reflected the services of the health department and other city agencies. All Clear represented the health department at regional and statewide meetings.
