All Clear was engaged to design, conduct, and evaluate a TTX to test the response of a university and its community partners to an active assailant incident. After the TTX, All Clear designed, conducted, and evaluated a full-scale active assailant exercise based off of the previous TTX. The exercise utilized a complex scenario with an active shooter and suspicious package to engage university officials, law enforcement and city, county, and state responders for response and long-term recovery activities.
