All Clear was contracted to assist a university with creating an EOP tailored to their structure and resources and that was consistent with industry best practices. All Clear worked with university leaders to ensure the EOP reflected how each department and function would support the response to, management of, and recovery from an emergency on campus. After the EOP was drafted, All Clear designed, conducted, and evaluated a tabletop exercise (TTX) with the university’s leaders and their designees to test the use of the EOP in coordinating a response.
