All Clear led conference planning and management at a statewide conference that integrated professionals from public health, healthcare, EMS, and emergency management. All Clear was responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all aspects of this four-day event, from facilitating planning meetings, developing a work plan, maintaining a budget, coordinating with the venue and venue negotiations, managing registration, speaker coordination, and vendor recruitment. The conference featured two days of preconference workshops, two regular conference days with multiple concurrent sessions, evening social events, and an exhibitor hall. There were over 100 attendees.
