All Clear designed and facilitated a series of trainings to improve the understanding of the ICS for all levels of employees at an academic health system. All Clear developed a series of training courses that were delivered in-person and virtually across the health system. These courses included an overview of ICS that prepared participants to complete the FEMA IS-700, IS-100, and IS-200 courses. The series also included position-specific courses that guided participants who had previous ICS experience to maximize their training and experience by providing tips and best practices.
