All Clear worked with a state health department to identify opportunities to embed health equity-centered planning in healthcare emergency preparedness. All Clear collaborated with state health equity subject matter experts to administer an equity needs assessment survey, draft a health equity-specific strategic plan, and create the Equity in Healthcare Emergency Preparedness Planning Toolkit for hospitals in the state. All Clear also created a novel health equity assessment tool to support healthcare emergency preparedness professionals in better centering equity in their hazard assessments.
