Markets We Serve

“Experience helps us better understand both what to expect and which previous actions may have been effective or ineffective. In situations where we lack experience, planning provides the opportunity to anticipate conditions and systematically identify potential problems and workable solutions.”  FEMA Comprehensive Preparedness Guide, CPG 101

The causes of emergencies vary greatly, but their potential effects do not.  Regardless of your institution’s mission or focus, emergency preparedness and disaster planning is a sound investment.   Clients often discover a return on their investment toward preparedness during normal operations as well as during an emergency by improving morale, safety, and teamwork.

All Clear Emergency Management Group will guide each client through the planning and preparedness process using an all-hazards approach.  Our goal is to provide each client a wide range of ways that the emergency management process can be adapted based on the particular characteristics of your institution.  Depending on  the client’s  previous work toward preparedness an intense review of the organization’s operating practices may be conducted.  The outcome of an assessment or the needs expressed by the client will determine necessary steps for creating or refining the appropriate type of procedure or plan.  Training staff and leaders on the plan may be necessary.  As clients progress in their level of preparedness the decision may be made to exercise plans and procedures.

All Clear EMG has the training and expertise to provide comprehensive emergency and disaster planning and exercising for a broad spectrum including businesses, educational institutions, churches, as well as  hospitals and other healthcare organizations. Our process addresses each of the four mission areas identified in the National Strategy for Homeland Security: to prevent, protect against, respond to, and recover from natural, technological, or human-caused emergencies.  All Clear EMG follows the latest nationally accepted standards as set forth in  the National Preparedness Guidelines (NPG), National Incident Management System (NIMS), National Response Framework (NRF), National Strategy for Information Sharing (NSIS), Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP), and the National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP).
