What We Do
Every project that requires assistance from a consulting firm has unique needs and challenges. As former clients of consultants the leadership of All Clear EMG has adopted the approach of not forcing expertise on the client, but rather serving as the facilitator of internal knowledge and information from the client. Understanding the needs of the client and the project are vital to ensuring that the client feels that their money and time was well spent. All customer feedback is taken extremely seriously so that mistakes are not repeated and successes replicated.
All Clear EMG concentrates on three pillars of comprehensive emergency management: planning, training, and exercises. All Clear EMG aims to collaborate with clients through thorough facilitation of the planning process, gathering necessary information to make the project applicable to local needs and resources, and writing plans with the entire emergency management cycle (mitigation, planning, response, recovery) in mind. This comprehensive view aids in providing contiguous services from plan development to training on newly developed or revised procedures to implementation via tabletop, functional, or full-scale exercise.
- Planning – All Clear EMG works with local representatives with agency-specific knowledge, utilizes local, State, and Federal plan guidance, and provides industry best practices to develop, review, and update emergency plans. Projects include, but are not limited to, Pandemic Influenza Preparedness, Emergency Operations Plans, Standard Operating Guidelines, Evacuation Plans, Continuity of Operations, and Business Continuity Plans. - Exercises – Testing the plans through drills or exercises is the culmination of the emergency planning process. The exercise design process is overseen by HSEEP-certified staff and will incorporate client needs and objectives. Learn more…
Understanding what the Planning, Training, and Exercise activities mean is important so clients are comfortable throughout a project. Prior to entering into any project All Clear EMG will discuss the project in depth with the client in order to submit a proposal that outlines the scope of the project and the deliverables. The personnel and meetings required to carry out the project will be included so clients understand how the interaction with All Clear EMG will take place.
For planning projects the frequency and location of meetings may vary from an exercise project. Regardless of the project type, the interaction with All Clear EMG staff will be personal and focused on what works best for the client and the project. All Clear EMG staff will guide the client through the project by providing best practices and expertise when necessary.
It is important to us that clients feel like All Clear EMG is part of their team and genuinely interested in the growth of the client’s emergency readiness through whatever project is undertaken.
